At Beds Etc. Amish Home Furniture, we understand that purchasing furniture is a significant decision, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your investment. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness while respecting the craftsmanship and customization involved in each piece we offer.
Custom-Made Furniture Policy Each custom-made piece is uniquely handcrafted to your specifications by our skilled Amish artisans. Because these items are made-to-order, custom furniture is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Custom Order Finalization:
Custom orders are final within 36 hours of placing the order.
All custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time of placing the order.
Cancellations made after 36 hours will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
Why? Custom furniture is built specifically for you, incorporating your chosen wood, stain, dimensions, and design preferences. This makes it difficult to resell and ensures that the piece is truly one-of-a-kind. However, our team is committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns or adjustments needed to make your piece perfect.
Standard Furniture Return Policy Upon delivery, we encourage you to carefully inspect your furniture before it is placed in your home.
If you notice any damage or imperfections, you must refuse delivery on the spot and notify our team immediately.
If you wish to return your furniture for preference reasons, you may refuse delivery; however, you will be responsible for full payment and charged a 10% restocking fee.
Once delivery has been accepted and the furniture is placed in your home, no returns or exchanges will be permitted.
All items must be paid in full before delivery and prior to furniture being placed in your home.
Refund Policy
A full refund is available for cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase.
If you cancel after 48 hours but before Items are loaded for delivery, you will forfeit your deposit and may be responsible for restociking fees up to 20% of the total purchase price.
No refunds will be made after the merchandise has been delivered in good condition.
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. If purchased via credit, your card will be credited. Other refunds will be issued via check and mailed.
Showroom Sales Policy For purchases made in-store:
No refunds are available after merchandise has been delivered.
A full refund is available only if the sale is cancelled within 48 hours of purchase and there has been no delivery.
If cancelled after 48 hours but before delivery, you will forfeit your deposit.
Cancellations After Pickup or Shipping
Once an order has been picked up or shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
In store - non furniture merchandise return policy:
Food items are not returnable
All merchandise non furniture purchases may be returned for 15 calandar days from the date of purchase in the same unopened/altered condition you received them in. All Amish made goods are considered furniture.
